We are seeking an experienced account management leader to join our team as a Vendor Manager. This leader will manage external vendor relationships, drive operational excellence, lead procurement activities, and collaborate with other Amazon teams to positively impact customer experience.
The ideal candidate will draw from their previous work experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), customer support vendor management, contact center management, and corporate leadership roles, demonstrating their ability to manage relationships, think strategically, drive process improvements, and make data-backed decisions in a high-stakes, high-speed environment.

Key job responsibilities
Service Delivery Manage vendor teams and effectively lead operations to the highest standard of customer obsession, drive project and change management, including new implementations.
Procurement & Contract Management Participate in vendor and site strategy, business requirement scoping, location assessments, request for proposal administration, pricing and contract negotiation, and contract administration.
Risk and Control Ensure vendor compliance with standards related to Security and Infrastructure, Legal, Tax, Financials, Code of Conduct, and develop and inspect Business Continuity Plans.
Stakeholder Management Build and manage strong, trusted vendor and stakeholder relationships across different levels of the organization.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Hyderabad, TS, IND | Noida, UP, IND, - 6+ years of account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
- Ability to travel internationally (roughly 25%) & availability to work during US business - MBA
- Experience in global contract negotiation
- BPO industry & Customer Service experience
