Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - Remote and On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Local travel up to 50% based on business need)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and provide third-party oversight, including attestation tracking, vendor governance, auditing oversight, risk management, and credentialing.
Identify opportunities to build positive business relationships with potential providers by connecting within the community and other leaders.
Develop contractual relationships with service providers, draft contract agreements, and maintain provider network listings.
Support Quality and Compliance initiatives, such as establishing mock audits and coordinating quality assessment of providers.
Maintain a highly organized contract repository and network management system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in vendor and provider management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
Experience with quality assessment and compliance processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
