We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our team. As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling telecommunication products and services directly to customers. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively approach potential customers to promote and sell telecommunication products and services.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
Provide personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecommunication or related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
