The Marsh Advisory team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team.

Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Chicago office this role requires that you are in vicinity of our Chicago office:

What can you expect?


As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for eliciting requirements from a diverse group of business SMEs, writing detailed.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, and development teams, to gather requirements, define product vision, and drive product development.

We will count on you to:


Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.

Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product features.

Monitor product performance and analyze user data to identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure effective Agile development processes and practices.

Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and development teams.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.


What you need to have:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 5+ years experience as Product Owner.

You should have domain experience in GL, Accounting or FP&A (link removed)>
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices, Knowledge of product management tools, such as JIRA.


What makes you stand out?


Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.

Prior Experience with Professional Services Automation applications such as Elite or Financial Force is a big plus.
