Project Management

Accountable for the successful end to end delivery of key client projects by leveraging the best practices and standards set by Affinity project management team.
Ensuring full understanding of the program structure, business objectives, requirements, the stakeholders that need to be engaged and being able to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each of the relevant parties involved.
Establishing program level monitoring and governance to ensure visibility and track all deliveries including those of the business team (regional and local) and the tech team.
Develop and manage the project plan i.e. end to end integrated program plan across all workstreams, identifying and managing dependencies with a focus on business outcomes and delivery timeline.
Identifying any risks that impact project delivery and responsible for recommending solutions for risk mitigation.
Managing and tracking the program budget against actual spend with the help of the technology team.
Maintaining regular touch points with key stakeholders as well as leadership team to provide project status overview.
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Able to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including digital, technology, placement, sales and technical services.
Implement standards, methods, tools, templates for project management, execution, and reporting.


Internal Governance

Ability to create compelling business cases that are presented in a coherent and logical manner.
An efficient communicator who is excellent at presenting to senior executives while communicating effectively at the project team level.
Capability to juggle multiple different priorities and deliver within a stringent timeline.
Skilled at guiding country teams in creating sensible and profitable business cases and financials models while balancing country and senior management objectives.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to put together the different elements of the business case.


Candidate Background

Bachelor's degree holder or above in business, information technology or any relevant discipline
At least 6 years relevant working experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager/Project Management Officer
Experience in sizable corporation, general insurance or financial service experience will be a plus
Strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
Be able to influence others within the job area through explanation of facts and practices
Team player mind-set and proactive attitude.
