We're changing the way consumers are educated in the mortgage industry.

If you're a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to make an even greater impact on the mortgage industry, then you'll love this opportunity.

The Bridge Builders Vision

We believe every family should feel confident when buying and selling a home.

Since 2007, Keeping Current Matters has been partnering with real estate agents to educate their clients on the process of buying and selling a home. In 2011, Bridge Builders was launched - a community of like-minded mortgage professionals that believe in growth through education. Keeping Current Matters is re-launching Bridge Builders for mortgage professionals, and we're looking for a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial vision to lead this effort that will change the way mortgage professionals are educated in the housing industry.

Who are Bridge Builders?

Bridge Builders are industry experts, sharing their knowledge with partners and clients on exactly what's happening in the housing market. They're truly bridging the gap between mortgage and real estate professionals. Why? Because the educated loan officer partnered with the educated agent is the winning combination for consumers in today's housing market. When mortgage professionals are equipped with hyper-relevant and easy-to-understand insights about the housing market, they're empowered - and they're able to help their clients make informed and confident decisions.

What is a Bridge Builders Membership?

The Bridge Builders membership gives mortgage professionals access to the most relevant housing market insights in the industry to complement their knowledge and expertise in the lending space. We refer to them as Members because they're part of a community that's passionate about helping their clients feel confident when buying or selling a home. More than anything, we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to do the work that will put the power of education into the hands of those who need it the most right now - loan officers.

If...

You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive on a challenge and aren't afraid of failure. You're motivated by growth and progress.

You're persuasive. When you believe in something, you'll sell it with your whole heart.

You're a lifelong learner. You believe there's always something more you can learn, and you consider yourself a forever student.

You're a self-starter. You're personally motivated to get the job done. You're not afraid to undertake a project on your own, and you don't require a lot of direction to get started.

You're focused on results. You set aggressive goals for yourself. You love the challenge of doing whatever it takes to not just reach your goals, but also crush them.
