We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Teachers Pay Teachers store, including uploading and updating products, monitoring sales, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging graphics using Canva for various purposes, such as promotional materials, social media posts, and blog images.
  • Edit and create videos suitable for reels on platforms like Instagram, capturing attention and driving engagement.
  • Develop and manage newsletters to communicate updates, promotions, and valuable information to subscribers.
  • Transform previous social media posts into blog posts, ensuring consistency and adapting content for a blog format.
  • Provide support during the course launch in July, assisting with tasks such as setting up course materials, managing enrollments, and responding to participant inquiries.
  • Craft compelling descriptions of academic materials to attract potential buyers and effectively communicate their value.
  • Manage Pinterest boards, curating visually appealing and relevant content to engage and grow audience.
  • Jump in and assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various areas of our business.

Requirements

  • Experience as a teacher is a must, with a solid understanding of academic materials and the education sector.
  • Proficiency in using Canva and experience creating newsletters is essential.
  • You MUST be available during regular business hours.
  • Availability for twice-weekly phone meetings to discuss ongoing tasks, provide updates, and ensure effective communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables and maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Availability to work 10 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours during the summer period to establish a productive routine.
  • Must be located in the Pacific Standard Time (PST), Mountain Standard Time (MST), or Central Standard Time (CST) time zones.
