As a Virtual Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in helping manage the day-to-day operations and outreach efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, implementing SEO strategies, sending email pitches, managing CRMs, bookkeeping, project management, and assisting with outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and engagement.
Send email pitches to potential clients and collaborators.
Manage CRM and keep track of leads and contacts.
Handle bookkeeping tasks and manage invoices.
Assist with outreach efforts to potential clients and partners.
Project manage various initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Work closely with interior design photographers, photo editors, magazine publishers, and creative directors to ensure brand consistency and adherence to client expectations.
Ensure quality control of all marketing materials and communications.
Requirements
Experience in marketing or advertising or PR.
Proven experience in CRM, project management, bookkeeping, and SEO.
Proficiency in CRMs such as Salesforce and 17hats.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with photography industry preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Not creative or artsy, but can work with creative professionals.
