InquisIT is seeking a VoIP Administrator to join us in Ames, Iowa.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provides system administration of the Voice over Internet Protocol infrastructure to include the installation, operation, monitoring, provisioning, and maintenance of the environment


• Performs and documents periodic hardware maintenance to keep the VoIP environment operating within functional and design specifications


• Documents existing standard operating procedures


• Monitors, maintains, and supports VoIP infrastructure 


• Provide day-to-day support for customers on the use of VoIP devices and applications and troubleshoot issues associated with VoIP


• Provide excellent customer service

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer related field preferred, or equivalent experience


• 2 to 4 years of related job experience


• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice or Collaboration certificate.


• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco Call Manager v10.x, Cisco Unity v10.x and Cisco UCCX.


• VoIP Operational Support occasionally requires physically managing the infrastructure.
