Vocational Consultant
based in either the Hamilton or Tauranga office.

Responsibilities:
As a Vocational Consultant at Alpha Consultants, you will be responsible for building trust with clients and establishing collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders. You will take ownership of a caseload of referred clients and identify the hurdles to achieving their employment goals. Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, lead back-to-work services, coach clients in decision-making, build relationships with case managers and employers, educate clients on CV development and job searching, source training opportunities, and enable placed clients to achieve sustained success in their work endeavors.


Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a clean and full driver's license, a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Career Development, Psychology, HR), and full membership of CDANZ, ASORC, or a similar organization (or the ability to obtain this). Two years of experience supporting people in the career development space is desirable. Additionally, you should have computer literacy, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt and pivot.
