Title: Voice Engineer IV Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 12+ Months QUALIFICATIONS: - Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent level of hands-on experience
- Cisco Voice/Collaboration certification (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA) is highly desired
- Experience configuring and deploying Cisco Voice technologies such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Unified CCE
- Strong understanding of IP communication, routing, WAN/LAN, and transport technologies (Ethernet, Frame Relay, MPLS)
- Experience with SIP, PRI, and POTS connectivity to PSTN
- Hands-on experience with BT Turrets is a plus
- Excellent desktop and server troubleshooting skills
