Voice Engineer Support
Primary Skillset : Cisco Comm Manager (CUCM) and SIP Trunking with Network support
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience
· 5+ years supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting Cisco network environments
· 2+ years’ experience in managing small to medium projects
· Advance level Windows 2008/2012 Active Directory Server knowledge and understanding
· Some operations automation (Powershell, BASH, Python, or Ansible)
· Some experience troubleshooting Cisco Finesse and/or other web applications
· Supporting and managing a voice environment, with Cisco Communications Manager and Contact Center experience a plus
· SIP trunking experience a plus
· Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal direction and oversight
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong understanding of security best practices
· MS Office Suite. (current versions)
· CCNA preferred
· Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
· Linux OS
· Checkpoint Firewall
· Load balancers
