Volunteer Drivers Needed!

Region VII Area Agency on Aging is recruiting transportation volunteers (unpaid) to assist us in transporting senior citizens in the 10 surrounding counties that we service: Bay, Clare, Sanilac, Tuscola, Huron, Midland, Isabella, Gratiot, Gladwin, Saginaw.



Duties & Responsibilities:

-       Able to drive for long periods of time

-       Doesn’t mind sitting for long periods of time

-       Comfortable working in different types of weather

-       Operate a wheel chair lift

-       Make multiple stops in a day



Qualifications & Requirements:

-       Valid Michigan Driver’s License

-       Chauffer’s License or ability to obtain one

-       Reliable transportation

-       Must be able to pass a drug screen & back ground check

-       Cell Phone or Landline

-       Flexible Schedule

-       Must wear mask during transportation

-       Must be punctual
