Job Description :

Position: Vulnerability Remediation and monitoring Analyst

Skills: Relationship management. General knowledge of complex IT infrastructures with focus on OS (Windows Redhat) Middleware (any) and standard layered products such as HPSA, Puppet, Splunk, and others.

Day to day activity:

• This individual will gather a worklist of troubled or stale vulnerabilities.


• This individual will then task the accountable team to remediate the vulnerability.


• As part of the worklist creation this individual must have strong Excel skills and be able to easily execute quick pivot tables and present to multiple teams and articulate the action required.


• This position will facilitate calls often with over whelmed teams who will present some push back, hence strong relationship management to encourage action and escalate as needed.


• This position must be able to easily articulate technical game plans (which will be provided) and know how to remove roadblocks.


• Another large part of this position will be taking daily to do's from meetings that need attention outside of the regular remediation facilitation tasks.


• This position will also be involved in evidence gathering requirements for first line of defense validations.
  
  
  
  • This includes screenshots of our process, in depth knowledge of vulnerability operations at Wells Fargo, which we are willing to teach, hence the onsite requirements
  
  
  
  


• Miscellaneous: This position must be local to Charlotte, previous Wells is preferred. Must be a self-starter with the ability to take general direction and run with the task.
