Please focus on these skills as priorityProxy - MANDATORYMcafee web Gateway, Trend Micro IWSS is MajorF5 WAF is also secondary skillset Years of Experience 10-15 years of experience in relevant field General Description As a member of a team of experienced Network and Information Security Engineers you will provide security analysis of customer security events, monitor, manage and support highly secure, complex customer environments with a focus on security event and incident management, vulnerability management and next-generation intrusion prevention / firewalling for a wide portfolio of customers. Technical Requirements Provide Solution / Resolutions to the issues faced around various proxy solutions around Mcafee Web Gateway, Trend Micro IWSS, Squid proxies, Forcepoint etc. Design and implement Prisma Cloud architectures that will allow business and security requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk to the organization Provide Technical Expertise on all aspects of Containerization technologies, and how these services work within varying Cloud Service Providers. Provide guidance and technical direction to clients who have deployed, or are in the process of deploying, Prisma Cloud Enterprise (formerly Redlock) and Prisma Cloud Compute (formerly Twistlock) Identifies, recommends, coordinates, and delivers timely knowledge to support teams regarding technologies, processes or tools. Engineers, configures, deploys, and maintains Web Application Firewall solutions Develops advanced alerts/reports to meet the requirements of key stakeholders Develops automation for security tools management and workflow integration Collaborates with key stakeholders within Information Security and Engineering teams to develop specific use cases to address specific business needs Creates WAF rules/signatures to mitigate threats and implements best practices Creation and implementation of custom alerting dashboards in SIEM for investigations Works extensively with different stakeholders across Visa for tuning WAF policies or creating custom signatures Aids in gathering metrics for measuring Performance and Risk Provides ongoing support to existing monitoring capabilities and data collection systems. Provides development support for the expansion and implementation of new systems Develop documentation to improve current network operating procedures Experience working with service providers and network management platforms. Develop documentations, e.g. standard operating procedures (SOP), and support audit events Develop reports on systems status and performance. Technical Skills Hands-on-experience in Prisma Cloud (Preferred) Mcafee Web Gateway, TrendMicro Proxy, Squids, etc. Prior Experience in any WAF security products (F5 APM/ASM Preferred) Network Forensics (PCAP, Packet Analysis, Wireshark, etc RHEL/ UNIX experience. Certification Palo Alto Prisma Access certification CCNA -Security(Preferred) CCNP Security (Preferred) ITIL (Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
