Assignment Start Date: 11/15/2023
13 weeks | Days | 8-10-hour shift | 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience: New Grad is okay. SNF Experience preferred
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must have a current and unencumbered license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of WA
EMR System: Experience preferred
Shift: Mon-Fri, Days
Vaccinations: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
