United Placement Group is a leading consumer services provider seeking a Network Attorney with a focus on Estate Planning and Business Formation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of estate planning, business formation, and contract law. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team of professionals and make a significant contribution to the continued success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance to clients in estate planning, business formation, contract law and asset protection.
• Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning, business formation, contract law and asset protection.
• Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on a wide range of topics related to estate planning and business formation.
• Coordinate with other legal professionals and service providers to ensure that clients receive the best possible advice and representation.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning, business formation, and contract law.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Wisconsin state bar and in good standing with no history of disciplinary action.
• At least three years of experience practicing law, with a focus on estate planning, business formation, or contract law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
• An understanding of tax law as it relates to estate planning and business formation.
• Familiarity with legal document management systems and tools.
