The State of Wisconsin is looking for a Systems Architect II
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
o Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a complex enterprise environment. 4 years
o Ability to write SQL queries to access and extract data from relational database. 3 years
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes. 2 years
o Proficiency in understanding user requirements, scenarios, and business rules and translating them into functional and technical
specifications. 4 years
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
o Experience with system design, including data modeling, process flow diagrams, and system architecture.
o Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
o Familiarity with relational databases, and data integration techniques.
o Familiarity with software development concepts and programming languages is a plus.

position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI) or in the office.
