Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- 5+ years of experience supporting large scale system as a Triage analyst.
- Experience with customer support using tools such as Dynatrace, Elk and Power BI.
- Experience using Oracle SQL to generate and execute complex queries for Triage analysis.
- Experience using Azure DevOps and Agile methodology.

Duration: 1 year with possible extension.

Overview:
The primary focus is around the maintenance and support of our salesforce platforms and middleware platforms. The team will work on implementing a cross functional agile team to support production defects and technical support supporting DHHS. Currently, the environments host two Salesforce Orgs that handle MI Bridges, Foster Care Portal, Antigen Portal, Mandatory Reporter, and SHOARS web applications in addition to the 150+ API integrations supported by the middleware solution (IBM ACE and IBM DataPower). In the upcoming year, several significant projects both business and technical will be the focus of this team in partnership with our vendor partners including but not limited to: Migration to the new OpenShift platform from the existing OpenShift platform, automated reconciliation solution with downstream systems, implementation of tools and advanced concepts supporting DevSecOps, Enhancing and supporting technical solutions for the Child Welfare Modernization projects, among many more Business and Technical Projects. The team works with Business and Technical teams to develop and implement Monthly Releases for both enhancement and maintenance requests.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience supporting large scale system as a Triage analyst
- Experience with customer support using tools such as Dynatrace, Elk and Power BI
- Experience with processing IT related tickets
- Experience using Oracle SQL to generate and execute complex queries for Triage analysis
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Experience using Agile methodology
- Knowledge of APIs and Asynchronous programming
- Experience working in healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience training junior analyst is a plus
- Knowledge of IBM middleware products such as App Connect Enterprise and DataPower
- Excellent communication and documentation skills are desired
Pay range - $42 to $47 per hour on W2.
