Duties and Responsibilities




  • Conduct monthly office audit: to repair, replace such items as burnt out light bulbs, leaking toilet, etc.

  • Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.

  • Meet warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; audit vendor pricing to maintain competitive pricing.

  • Meet with Supply vendors to learn about new products, equipment, services and validate the company is receiving the best price and service.

  • Order supplies/equipment from vendors and receive such materials; ensure delivered items properly reflect items ordered: monitor back ordered items.

  • Deliver Supplies to accounts and Pick Up Pallet’s (where applicable); conduct an inventory of equipment in storage closets; ensure equipment is operable and being properly maintained; report equipment damage and concerns to Area Managers and General Manager via email.

  • Conduct company vehicle inspections and equipment audits. Conduct meetings with company drivers regarding vehicle inspections and assigned equipment; report any damage to vehicles and equipment; ensure vehicles are clean and properly maintained.



Warehouse Supervisor Role & Qualifications:




  • Previous warehouse experience preferred and ability to repair small equipment items.

  • Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards.

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop and lead a team.

  • Ability to plan, organize, direct and delegate.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong sense of urgency; self-directed.

  • Experience managing custodial operations in an educational environment.

  • Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.

  • Previous industry experience preferred and supervisory experience required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred

  • Supervisory experience required.



Work Hours:




  • Weekly schedule may change as required.

  • Weekends as circumstances require
