Bollore Commerce Fulfillment Supervisor
Bollore is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team in our main distribution center Ridgefield, NJ. We are a growing, fast paced company looking for the right individual to help us continue to expand our E-Commerce presence. Two shifts open: Working hours are Sunday Wednesday 9:30am to 8:00pm, Thursday Saturday 8:00am 8:00pm. These are both are a full-time position.
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Supervisor should have expertise with SCI / Active, and/or similar E-Commerce WMS systems. The applicant should possess the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines which are essential to his/her success and that of the company. His/her responsibilities will include supervising warehouse associates, managing and working on product replenishment, inventory control, and order fulfilment. The applicant will also use a computerized system (RF scanner) to help prepare daily shipping and tracking of orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ship anywhere between 600 1K units daily.
Manage and review product replenishment from overstock locations.
Assist other supervisors to help navigate and prioritize orders.
Supervise warehouse associates
Taking ownership for achieving department goals; monitor all daily reports.
Review and advise on staffing requirements.
Process customer/retail orders and then fill those orders.
Process and review daily/weekly and monthly reports for managers.
Rotate inventory and consolidate/rearrange older/discontinued sellers to make room for new products.
Implement and manage KPIs.
Always keep the warehouse clean.
People Management
Supervise and develop E-commerce fulfillment
Manage team attendance and timecards
Create direction and a culture of accountability for team
Provide resources to grow and develop the careers of direct reports
Assess, identify, and implement training needs of team members, and participate in development of training programs when required.
Manage/resolve employee issues and escalate as necessary
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-10 years of warehouse work experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
High school diploma required
Associates/Bachelors Degrees Preferred
Ability to manage inventory and process new shipment using inventory management software
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multitask, detailed oriented, a team-player
Must have a background in Ecommerce Fulfillment
5 Years WMS experience required
Available to work over 40 hours during peak periods
Computer skills Microsoft experience must (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Salary - $65,000 -$75,000
