We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for various duties related to materials handling, order fulfillment, and quality control. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the use of warehouse management systems.

Duties:

- Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers and reach trucks
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Mechanical knowledge for operating warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in order fulfillment processes
- Strong attention to detail for quality control checks

Skills:

In addition to the required experience, the following skills are preferred:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational skills for efficient stock management
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques
- Familiarity with operating cherry pickers and reach trucks
