We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help manage our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of other employees, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with company policies. The Supervisor will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees, resolving conflicts, and providing feedback on performance. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and mentor the team.

Responsibilities:

• Directly lead the Warehouse team providing direction, managing key performance indicators, and developing employees to enable engagement and retention of key talent.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of new employees.
• Lead all inventory accuracy processes and activities for the facility.
• Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively participating in the safe work of others and the safety of the overall environment.
• Conduct effective communication of departmental and business needs on all shifts.
• Participate in Continuous improvement projects and Utilize 5's methodology to plan for space utilization to maximize storage capacity and warehouse material organization.
• Create, train to, and maintain consistent and efficient processes that are validated, in place and followed through the warehouse department.
• Assist with shipping carriers for scheduling, shipping & receiving logistics.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to address and bring resolution to vendor complaints, customer complaints or warehousing conflicts when necessary.
• Perform other support work to enable the team to be successful and as requested by leadership.
