About the Job:

• Reports to Warehouse Supervisor


• Seeking individuals with previous supervisor experience or career-minded and well-rounded individuals who have the desire to progress to Warehouse Manager in the future 

Minimum Requirements:

• 4 years or more of warehouse operations experience


• Must have experience within industrial, electronics assembly, or Aerospace and Defense distribution; candidates that are not from a Distribution or Procurement company currently will not be suitable


• 4+ years of inventory management experience (cycle counting and reconciliation, Disposition of Nonconforming Product, managing shelf-life sensitive items, temperature monitoring, etc.)


• 2+ years’ experience working with Distribution software systems, Warehouse management system experience (wireless RF gun)


• Lean methodology and Six Sigma understanding and experience


• High school diploma or GED required
