Position Summary:

• Loads, unloads and moves materials within the facility.

Scope/Supervision & Interaction:

• This job has no supervisor responsibilities.
• Must be able to interact with other associates on consistent basis.

Essential Functions:

• Be knowledgeable of and adhere to company rules and policy.
• Must be able to operate lift trucks and successfully complete FL Certification program.
• Ability to perform basic shipping/receiving functions including processing and interpreting support documentation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed. Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED): one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Physical and Mental Demands:

• While performing the essential functions of this job, the associate will be required to walk, talk, or hear.
• Will be required to stand, sit and reach with both hands and arms.
• The employee will occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Normal weight to be lifted or moved is between 0 and 15 pounds.
• While performing the essential functions of this of this job the associate could be exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
