Project Critical success factors (KPI's)
1. Weekly review of approx. 300 claims, categorized into teams/projects
2. Creation of problem statements as new failure modes are understood.
3. Entry of warranty return parts within 3 business days of request, then traige returns within a week of delivery to Burr Ridge site.
Review and analyze large datasets related to agricultural machinery to identify trends and insights.
Typical data sets will be pulled from the warranty database, also an online portal reflecting onboard vehicle data, and change management tool.
A key output is to generate problem statements that engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams can action.
A key output will be identifying failure trends, especially surrounding low hour complaints from the dealer
network. With that trend making a recommendation for the type of action needed as a first step in corrective actions.
Data entry and data cleanup will be required for above tasks.
Use SAP to facilitate failed parts returns from the dealer network, and track those parts back to the appropriate
engineering staff for further analysis.
Update costing information within a change management tool, to accurately track product cost impact of past &
upcoming changes.

FACILITIES & STANDARDS
Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical sub systems is required
Data will represent mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic subsystems. A strong candidate will have mechanical
aptitude to understand what is being described.
Strong programming skills in Microsoft Excel, Python or R, or similar data tools will help traige & compile the
data into actionable groupings
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning techniques.
