JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 5+ years of experience as a WebMethods Development & Support
• Development support for integration solutions using WebMethods product suite.
• Experience in supporting mission critical and complex integrations solutions including real time and batch integrations using webMethods product suite.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and coding patterns.
• Knowledge and experience of SOAP/REST Web Services, HTTP/HTTPS, Java/J2EE, XML/XSDs, UML and JMS.
• Demonstrated experience delivering solutions utilizing WebMethods BPM.
• Experience in developing solutions utilizing Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and good understanding of SOA lifecycle.
• Experience with performance tuning in both webMethods flow and SQL.
• Thorough understanding and experience of XML technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT, etc.).
• Good Programming and Debugging skills in JAVA.
• Experience in integrating with Source Control tools likebitbucket etc.
• Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and various database platforms (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Installation, configuration, and monitoring webMethods integration products.
• Support deployment of developed solutions in various test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Participate in the technical design process with the Integration/WebMethods Architects.
• Manage current webMethods integration environment, through planning and implementing webMethods software upgrades and fixes as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot issues and initiate action to resolve the problem, analyze and resolve moderate to complex problems.
• Actively provide operational and production support.
• Administer efficient work of WebMethods servers and system and provide support to everyday operations.
• Support existing systems and responsible for production support activities for facilities operations to ensure the security and stability of the environment.
• Serve as the primary contact for critical and high server-based outages and communicates the status of the outage which may include after hour support.
• Coordinate with various groups and perform troubleshoot on all production problems and provide resolution.
• Experience with WebMethods system administration, configuration, deployment, and monitoring
• Provide resolution on the vFire tickets logged by operations on WebMethods issues/risks and business teams in an onshore-offshore model in Iterative methodologies.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, part of a global delivery model.
• Should have collaborative skills with other team members.
• Should have good customer interaction skills.
• Should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Associate should have good communication skills.
• Innovate and provide recommendations for process improvements and best practice coding standards.

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Good to have P&C Insurance domain knowledge.
• AMS experience
• Good to have experience on AMS, vFire, Splunk, SoapUI.
• Must have knowledge of various Life Cycle Models like Waterfall, and Agile Methodologies.
