Job Summary: Web Programming OR Python Trainer We are looking for an experienced and energetic programming trainer. The Trainer will be in charge of conceiving, implementing, and delivering programming training programmes to improve the coding, debugging, and problem-solving abilities of individuals, particularly those preparing for placement in engineering programmes. Qualifications And Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Demonstrated experience as a programmer trainer or in a comparable job. Strong communication and presenting abilities. Demonstrates patience and adaptability to different teaching strategies. Demonstrates technological proficiency and expertise incorporating technology into training programmes. Demonstrates a passion for education and promotes professional development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and update programming training curriculum based on industry best practices and innovations. Create successful activities. projects, and assessments that reinforce learning objectives. 2. Provide engaging and interactive training sessions to a variety of audiences, including beginners and experts. Use real-world applications and realistic examples to demonstrate programming concepts. 3. Individualized Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants, focusing on their individual learning needs. Offer guidance on best practices, code optimization, and problem-solving techniques. 4. Assessment and Feedback: - Design and administer tests to assess participants" knowledge and abilities. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help learners improve their coding talents. 5. Project-Based Learning: Incorporate project-based learning into your training to improve practical experience while reinforcing theoretical concepts. Assist participants with project completion while sticking to the programme.
