Position: Webhosting - Cantonese + Mandarin Speaker
Location: WFH; Office in Bangsar South
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM / 9 AM -6 PM / 10 AM - 7 PM
Working days: Monday to Friday
Start date: 27 May 2024

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for addressing and resolving customer concerns while leveraging chat to upsell within an expanding customer demographic.
- Recognize and empathize with diverse customer needs and situations, offering cutting-edge solutions in a personable, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
- Stay abreast of client and industry protocols, technological advancements, utilities, and product offerings.
- Employ a variety of client-specific tools and applications for customer management and service provision.
- Direct customers to appropriate departments as necessary.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and case management tasks.
- Collaborate and cooperate with team members in a teamwork-oriented environment.
- Attain and sustain prescribed metrics and objectives.
- This role encompasses 100% sales responsibility alongside technical support for account management.

Requirements:
- Intermediate English proficiency (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Professional or native Mandarin proficiency (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Professional or native Cantonese proficiency (Speaking).
- High school graduate with 8-10 years of professional work experience.
- Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- Bachelors degree holder with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Willingness to commit to working in the office for the first 3-4 months, located in Bangsar South, with flexibility for future requirements.
- Availability to work rotational shifts from Monday to Friday.

Good to have:
- Proficiency in web hosting technologies, encompassing content management systems like WordPress or Joomla.
- Familiarity with website scripting languages, including PHP.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL.
- Understanding of network protocols like SSH, FTP, and SFTP.
- Proficient in SSL, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Internal Server Error troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Extensive understanding of internet technology.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly utilizing a CRM database system.
- Strong and precise data entry capabilities.
