Job title: Weblogic Admin

Responsibilities:
Manage SSL certificate configuration and management, including installation, renewal, and revocation
Manage and maintain WebLogic and Apache HTTP servers
Troubleshoot application-level issues, such as web application errors and database connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain WebLogic and Apache HTTP servers
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper network connectivity and security
Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in both Weblogic/Apache HTTP Server
Ensure that the application servers are configured for optimal performance and efficiency
Monitor the health of the application servers and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
Debug issues that arise with the performance of the applications
Work with the Development team, Build, and Operations teams to provide project support
Analyze statistics to identify and resolve network problems
Experience with HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, Routing, Switching, Clustering, Load balancing, LAN and VIP
Install, configure, maintain and support application environments
Debug and resolve issues related to application configuration and technology stacks
Assist development team in identifying and solving application issues
Triage hardware, operating system and related issues

Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with Apache HTTP/Weblogic server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience on Weblogic Coherence Cache and its implementation within Weblogic Server
Strong knowledge of SSL certificate configuration and management, including installation, renewal, and revocation
Experience with load balancing and clustering, including configuration and maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve application-related issues in both Apache Http Server/Weblogic server
Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting
Strong WebLogic Administration with expertise in Installation, Configuration, Tuning, troubleshooting and Deploying application
Solid understanding of Java Virtual Machine (JVM) internals understanding Java Heap and garbage collection tuning, ability to diagnose runtime issues via JVM thread dump analysis, ability to diagnose memory issues via Java Heap dump analysis
Experience with Linux system administration, preferably RedHat 6.x to 8.x
Experience with Oracle Weblogic Application Server, Apache HTTP Server, Database (Oracle), and Java
Experience with the out of the box JVM monitoring tools, JConsole and Visual VM and Coherence Cache Monitoring with Troubleshooting knowledge
Experience in WLST and ANT scripting tools/Jenkins
Experience with JDBC, Web Services, Security standards, and SSL
Knowledge on Configuring and maintain load balancing and clustering, ensuring high availability and scalability of the application servers
