JD for Technical Lead position

• 8+ years of experience in Webmethods
• 5+ years of experience in handling Development teams
• Must have worked in Onsite/ Offshore model.
• Expertise in Estimation for CRs/ Work packets
• Interaction with Architect and Analyst teams to understand work items/ CRs
• Providing resolution for Technical issues (raised by Dev team)
• Able to take decision independently.
• Innovation/ Improvement in Development teams
• Grooming/ Training to webMethods team including freshers
• Very good communication skills
• Attending and provide support to Scrum teams.
• Attend Handover calls for interfaces and gather technical requirements from other applications.
• Provide Support for all go lives of Integrations.
