The Whole Parts Salesperson is responsible for coordinating with parts staff to provide excellent service to our customers. They will manage and understand customer requirements, which includes speaking with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs. They will also recognize and resolve client concerns by recommending a course of action to alleviate their concerns in the future. They will grow and close sales through professional communication with existing and prospective clients as well as maintain data of customer communication and contact information.
Whole Parts Salesperson Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including: bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
