Point Mortgage Bank, one of the fastest-growing lenders in the country is seeking a highly motivated, wholesale residential account manager to work in our Chula Vista office. We opened our wholesale residential channel, and have had extreme success, and therefore we have an immediate position available.



The candidate we are seeking will have experience with wholesale mortgage transactions, exceptional skills in the development and management of mortgage broker networks and third-party channels. Ability to adapt at navigating encompass, and the mortgage loan process using a range of applications, including TRID compliance, and provide a high level of customer service.



Skills required

• Work hand in hand with a top producing account executive


• Ability to manage a pipeline of about 50 loans per month


• Bilingual a plus


• Familiar with Government loans, FHA, FANNIE, VA, and the traditional mortgage process.
