Job Title: Wi-fi Network Test Engineer

Job Location: Mountainview, CA (On-site from Day1 is required, No remote)

Job Type: Contract (24+ Months)

Responsibilities:

• 10+ Years of experience in the field of Networking, Telecommunications and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Experience in Wi-Fi Access Point WLAN tests for validating WLAN functionality.
• Experience in building Wi-Fi Access point WLAN testbeds and to troubleshoot and correct any issues.
• Experience with Wireless technology testing which includes Wireless AP''s, Routers, Wireless extenders & Wireless standards (802.11b/g/n/ac/ax).
• Experience working with TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, ARP, NAT, Bridging, Switching.
• Familiarity with industry standard Wi-Fi test tools like Veriwave WT-20/90, IXIA Chariot and packet debuggers like Wireshark, Omnipeek and Savius.
• Experience in basic test automation using scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, Shell scripting.
• Experience running automation test harnesses.
• Excellent Debugging skills & experience troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of SQA test methodologies, practices and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
