JOB TITLE: INSTALL TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: 12605 OLD HICKORY BLVD STE 100 ANTIOCH, TN 37013

TERMS: FULL TIME / HOURLY

REPORTING TO: DEPARTMENT MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE: An Install Technician is responsible for assembling and installing and assembling various components of our windows and doors, including frames, glass, and hardware. The individual in this role must be an energetic, enthusiastic, action-oriented team player with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with their hands, as well as a good understanding of general shop tools. This team member will support company objectives by ensuring that installation projects are completed on time, intact and damage free in accordance with LuxView’s standards for Artisanship, Quality and Safety.



RESPONSIBILITIES: - Installation of Multi-Slide, Pivot, Swing and Bi-folding Door Systems

- Installation of Fixed, joined and Operable Windows.

- Use hand and power tools to cut, measure, and join materials.

- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet

company standards.

- Unloading and staging product for installation.

- Inspection of product for installation artisanship and quality.

- Provide feedback and direction to install team.

- Rough opening preparation – material preparation.

- Other general duties as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow safety procedures to minimize the risk of injury and/or damage.

CANDIDATE

REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience with the Installation of Windows and Doors (required)

- Ability to operate a Glass manipulator (preferred)

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams

- Strong attention to detail quality assurance

- Strong information retention

- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly 50 lbs.

- Ability to talk, hear, sit, stand, reach, and bend.

- Ability to follow written and oral instructions

- Ability to read a tape measure – metric

Salary range $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
