Windows Office 365 Senior Desktop Support Technician (2)            F/T                   New York, NY

RCC is currently seeking a Senior Desktop Support Tech to assist in our client's roll out of Windows 10/ and Office 365. This deployment is for a large financial firm and involves white glove treatment. The candidate must have the following skills and be able to take on the responsibilities below:

* At least 3+ years’ experience rolling out Windows 10 and Office 365 and Cloud applications.

* Experience working in the financial sectors (Bank, brokerage firm) etc. is preferable.

* Experience migrating different business units to single office 365 environment.

* Experience with server configuration

* Hands on trouble shooting and conflict resolution

* Communicate progress and updates to upper management.

* Onsite Support

* Ability employ the testing of each User's system.

* Proficient in Windows 10 installation and procedures.

* Meeting with executive members on a regular basis.

* Good communication skills, both verbal and written

BA/BS College Degree or equivalent technical certification is desirable.
