- Cisco UCS & Windows Hands on experience in supporting Cisco UCS & HP Blade.
- Enclosure platform UCS design and Implementation Knowledge on UCS service profiles, Flex POD, HP Virtual connect, Firmware upgrade (link removed)>
- Knowledge on UCS Central, Fabric Interconnects, Operational Validation & Troubleshooting (link removed)>
- In-depth knowledge on working of Windows server 2003,2008,2012,2016 (link removed)>
- Participate in BCP DR planning and execution in support of customer requirements.
- Work on Incident, Change, Service request and Problem tickets under strict ITIL process.
- Knowledge on scripting.
- Additional skill required:
- Windows & VMware requirement Administration & Troubleshooting of windows server 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016.
- Hands on experience on VMware ESXi 4.x,5.x,6.x versions Configure and manage VMware ESXi hosts and VMware virtual machines.
- Knowledge on VMware SRM, VRops. Patching of ESX servers and VMs with VMware Update manager Manage ESX and VMs through VCenter server and perform various changes on VM s Document best practices in developing and deploying VMware solutions, and feed them into our knowledge base for reuse by customers and partners Work on Incident Tickets, Change Tickets and Problem tickets under strict ITIL process.
- Hands on experience on SCCM in medium to large enterprise environments
- In-depth knowledge on working of vSphere 3.x,4.x,5.x,6.x versions
- In-depth Knowledge on Products like vSphere SRM, vCenter standalone Converter, vRops, vCops Provide architectural guidance and oversight into integration of VMware products with third party products like monitoring tools
- Knowledge on Microsoft SCOM will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on scripting
- (1.) Collecting and storing all required project artifacts, maintaing project progress as per PDLC
- (2.) Securing approvals and sign-offs throughout the project life cycle by working with the business leads and other key stakeholders
- (3.) Identify opportunities to expand the RPA deployment, proactively research for new tools and automations in operations within area of responsibility
- (4.) Effectively manage issues, risks, dependencies, and constraints
