CED Systems is a Telecommunications Startup focused on efficient and strategic support to the nationwide 5G deployment of infrastructure for 5G Networks. We provide a range of services and support to OEMs and operators in the effort to achieve enhanced connectivity for their networks.

Ericsson LTE Installation and Integration Certified Technicians

We are currently looking to fill multiple positions with experienced early career Ericsson LTE Installation and Integration Technicians for projects in the Virginia, Maryland, and D.C market. We are looking for efficient, self-starters with a good understanding of Ericsson installation and integration standards.

These are immediate need positions, start dates will be within 5-10 days of hire. The duration of this project is currently forecasted through the end of 2023. Pay is industry standard for early career Telecom Wireless Field installation/integration Technicians, is hourly DOE, with Mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Current Ericsson BBU experience
• Install, Integrate site equipment and data (just data, no traffic) on Ericsson hardware: Ensuring communication between the ethernet and BBU.
• Router integration
• The Candidate must be flexible to work shift work including possible on call, nights and weekends as needed.
• Ensure quality work and task completion with proper EOS reports as instructed.
• Complete close out packages per site as required.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must have a TIF/LTE Certification, an ISIGNUM, and experience with EU
• 2-3 years related work experience
• Experience installing, integrating, and troubleshooting on listed equipment.
• Provide Quality Assurance in all work tasks.
• Complete EOS and Close out documentation and reporting as required.
• Must have working phone with unlimited data/minutes/hotspot, and Laptop that meets minimum requirements for data/software integration work.
• Must have Telecom industry standard tools for field installation and integration work
• Must have working reliable vehicle.
• Must be prepared to drive long distances depending upon the location of the work to be accomplished in the region.
• Must have a Safe driving record and a Valid state drivers license
• OSHA 10, RF Awareness, First Aid & CPR certification Compliant.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Works aggressively on multiple job tasks to help meet timelines.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as client specifications and requirements, procedure manuals, and reports.
• Ability to complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required.
• Ability to thoroughly document, report and communicate results.
• Must be able to utilize a Computer and Microsoft tools for completion of tasks.
• Must be able to lift-up to 80lbs.
