Samsung SDS America is looking for an experienced Network Engineer capable of planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure for new remote sites. Our Network Engineer will be in charge of Cisco Networking, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Aruba WIFI. You will operate switches, routers, firewalls, proxies, and load balancers in an enterprise environment. This role will be part of a systems engineering team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.

Our team builds, maintains and secures the enterprise level high-performance systems and applications that help create Samsung award-winning products. You will assist other teams with troubleshooting issues in each of their diverse environments. This is a great opportunity to solve complex enterprise level problems with a potential of professional growth.

The Team is working onsite in our office based in Ridgefield Park, NJ. This role is working onsite Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Cisco Switches and Routers, Palo Alto Firewalls, Aruba WIFI, Bluecoat Proxies, F5 load balancers
• Manage core network devices which include configuration, upgrading, and Tier 3 support of the environment
• Remote network and security management for 30+ sites
• Manage Samsung in-house security solutions
• Manage network monitoring and reporting tools
• Project management - plan, design, and implement the network infrastructure for new sites

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 8+ years of related work experience

• Expertise in Aruba Controller, Airwave, Clearpass
• Experience with Palo Alto firewall, VPN and Panorama
• Experience with Bluecoat proxy management
• Experience with F5 Load Balancers
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting
• Knowledge of SolarWinds, Zabbix products
• Must have CCNA certification

• CCNP certification
• Samsung WIFI Controller familiarity

The base pay range for this role is USD $120,000-$130,000 per year.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of the role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.

Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus.
