We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at MedCore Solutions. As our Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our outsourcing and offshoring services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand MedCore's customer base and revenue.

As our Business Development Manager, you will partner with us to deliver skilled, professional workers to our customers, enabling them to focus on their core business and customers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand MedCore's customer base and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
  • Collaborate with MedCore's management team to develop pricing proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Conduct competitive research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and gain insight into the outsourcing/offshoring industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the outsourcing/offshoring industry
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
