We will count on you to:


Implement Workday with Medium and Large Enterprise clients

Apply Workdays methodology and use Mercers digital tools on customer project to help customers achieve a high degree of success and satisfaction

Partner with customers to assess the scope of additional requests and determine estimated timeframe needed to complete

Ensure customer business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, implemented and tested for all assigned projects and tasks

Consult with customers on a variety of data integrity issue and support in identifying any risks

Provide guidance and direction to clients during various phases of the project

Collaborate with Global Workday Practice and project teams to ensure open communication, mutual support and cross-functional topics are discussed regularly


What you need to have:


minimum 2 years of functional HR knowledge in the area of HR technology implementation and organization design

Workday Partner Certification in HCM / Advanced Compensation / Benefits / Absence / Time Tracking / Payroll module and at least 1 year hands on experience in configuration of above modules

Ability to juggle with multiple project deliveries in task-oriented environment

Fluent English

Ability to successfully leadremoteclient-facing meetings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential


What makes you stand out:


Experience in Leading Client Implementation Projects as a workstream lead

More than one additional practiced module (in addition to HCM)

Cross-Functional experience in other Workday Modules

Experience in building/delivering technical trainings

People and/or project management experience
