Job Description:

Proven seasoned developer / technologist in IT with experience in design and delivering technical solutions with a focus on distributed / cloud technologies. Must be able to design and develop internal solutions as well as assist / drive vendors on delivering solutions. Must have experience with PaaS providers such as AWS and Microsoft and knowledge of supporting systems within cloud infrastructures.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

1. Knowledge of implementation and support of Workday Payroll, Compensation, HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Reporting
2. Experience in creating new integrations for EIBs, Cloud Connectors, Core connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT transformation, Studio integrations, API integrations and Custom RAAS reports
3. Experience with report security
4. Experience with integration schedules

2. Development - advanced knowledge in multiple of the following:

2. Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, C# and Key Frameworks
3. Microsoft Azure Components & Architecture
4. AWS Components & Architecture
5. SQL / DBA Technologies
6. Web Services / SOA / SSO Technologies
7. Messaging technologies
8. API technologies
9. Github / Jenkins
10. CI/CD Development
11. Architecture knowledge

3. Must have experience with delivering cloud-based solutions (private and public)
4. Troubleshooting skills - advanced level required to troubleshoot the solution across both software and infrastructure components
5. Stays informed of current industry trends and emerging insights and keeps skills current with modern technologies and tools
6. Domain Knowledge in Software Development, Software Design
7. Must have experience / background with systems integration
8. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or 10 years related experience in an IT discipline.
9. Must have 7+ years application development experience
10. Must be able to assist / coordinate vendor management activities
11. Must have proven track record of out-of-the-box thinking
12. Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, either independently or as part of a team
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Can leverage the organizational structure and, through using interpersonal relationships, influence others to drive decisions quickly
15. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with groups across ITS, our business customers and partners

17. Ability to follow/implement guidelines and technologies to develop solution architecture for their respective business unit
18. Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards
19. Contributes to and participates in Architectural Governance Processes and Procedures
20. Evaluates the end-to-end solutions and oversees the solution architecture components
