Looking for this person to take the training, development and delivery ball and run with it.



Required Skills/Must Have:

• Workday Trainer/Facilitator HCM, Procurement, FMP Virtual training Workday, Ariba ERP technical instructional design

• Develop and deliver a solid training product – videos, project tasks, how to make it easy, how to approve a timecard, etc. training development of all levels, employees and managers

• Take the Baseline training given and add to it and modify to fit culture and create brand new training that applies to own district will

• Include working with communications team with teasers, notifications and communications

• Developed materials, communications, how tos of training materials and deliver to users a plus would be to have experience from HR side of the house – employee relations, payroll, benefits, leave, recruiting, onboarding, ----develop training materials for HR managers, HCM side of workday.
