I am looking for a Workers Compensation Attorney to join a full-service law firm located in the New Orleans Central Business District. You will be required to manage a high caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of work product.
Requirements
5 years of experience in workers' compensation litigation or trial is needed
Computer proficiency is essential
Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
A bachelors degree and a J.D. degree are required
Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and outside parties
Proven ability to manage a high caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of work product
Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and draft disposition motions and legal briefs
Experience with worker's compensation law required
