Manager Supervisor Insurance Workers' Compensation Claims Unit WC W/C _ (link removed)

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Claims Examiners managing workers compensation claims.

*** Lead, motivate, and train employees to prioritize work; identify and resolve complex issues; and provide excellent customer service.

*** Establish coaching and development plans for team members.

*** Maintain productivity metrics, service time, and quality levels by adjusting team resources and overseeing daily workflow.

*** Identify and advise management team of trends and issues; provide recommendations for improvement and utilization of claims metrics.

*** Analyze complex workers compensation claims and provide technical guidance for examiners to develop action plans and resolve claims efficiently.

*** Ensure compliance with applicable laws, administrative rules, and departmental processes and procedures.

*** Communicate regularly with internal team members, stakeholders, attorneys, medical providers, injured workers, policyholders, and agents.

*** Serve as second level contact to resolve customer concerns.
