Job Title: Workforce Technical Architect
Location: Washington D.C, DC
100% Remote
Duration: 12+ months Contract role
Job Description:
- Workforce Software experienced technical resource/solution architect type role. Resource should have a healthy understanding of both the functional and technical aspects of the product and able to help in a variety of areas:
- Client facing role that may involve confirming requirements when necessary, during build.
- Assist in integration spec documents that map out interface fields sent to & from WFS. This may include working with client on providing options for best practices on integrations (file, soap API, Rest API).
- Lead our offshore configuration team who would be handling 90% of the actual configuration. This means the resource needs to understand how things work to guide our team but do not have to personally build day to day.
Key Skills: Workforce Software Configuration Certification.
Experience Level: 3+ years of WFS delivery experience.
