Position: Xstore Support Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid / Remote )

Job Type : Contract Roles
Only USC's OR GC's
(If H4 EAD's then need to share VISA and Passport Copy)

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

Experience xstore Xcenter, xenvironment, Java, ETF link, xmobile, SQL basics/Oracle DB, Jetty server, Apache Server. Prior support experience could be an added advantage.

Desired Skills/ Additional Skills:

Service now, knowledge on ITSM, building Custom MNTs, POSLOG generation, ERP / OMS integration support.

Experience:

7+ Years of exp needed.

Roles and Responsibilities post joining:

Solving tickets within SLA, Root cause Analysis, taking care tasks and service requests in time, suggestions on best practices/ improving process

Details/Domain about the project they would be working on:

Xstore support for America's region.
