Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities - Prepare Billing Documents as per statutory requirements and maintaining proper records.
- Prepare Sales Report and MIS.
- Prepare Receivables report and follow up with Customers for payments.
- Prepare Stock Transfer documents as per statutory requirements and maintain proper records.
- Internal Stock Audit and reconciliation with ERP as per Company policies.
- Liasioning with Official departments, as necessary.
- Bookkeeping and Records maintenance.
Qualification & Requirement - Graduate in Commerce
- 0 2 years
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
