Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs Good communication skills to discuss with the customers on business planning areas. Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements; Willingness to mentor junior staff Must have exposure and experience in Finance planning/Supply Chain processes/Sales processes Anaplan Modeling, Design and development
MUST HAVE:
Functional Role:
Must have basic knowledge of financial/management/ Sales/Supply chain process.
Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation
Anaplan Role
Must have worked in more than 2 implementation projects
Experience with large scale, hub-centric multi-model deployments
Agile project management experience with experience to gathering and prioritizing requirements and adjusting to changes
Interpersonal experience with experience managing a team of 3+ builders
Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
Full end-to-end experience with implementations of Planning implementation, from scoping and requirements to design and build and on to testing and training
Designing the Anaplan Solution based on functional requirements and validation requirement, and other interdependencies. Design in a scalable, less maintenance way
Maintaining shared services, metadata, security, artifact objects (task lists, rules, data forms etc.)
Ability to design and create Dashboards and financial reports using SmartView
Design and creation of backup and recovery operations of the Planning application
Design and creation of automation batch Scripting
Develop the model/calculations to satisfy the customer requirement; Experience in building Reports/templates for plan data entry. Creating calculation logics, Integration flows and Security.
Developing domain-specific solutions, demos, and messaging. Building POC models that are tailored to solve prospects' pain-points.
Navigating complex prospect environments to facilitate adoption of the Anaplan solution.
Cross-training teammates on solutions expertise.
