The main responsibilities of a BDO Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products/services.

There is a wide range of duties in this position, including, but not limited to:

Be knowledgeable about the product/ Services.

Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

Answer questions about the products/ Services

Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Key Skills needed for the Job:

Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs,Territory Management.

After sales service, generate referrals from the existing clients, guest, customers etc.

Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, Proficient in English & Hindi.
